In Writer, when I am editing a math formula, in the “Elements” sidebar some of the text, especially in the “Functions” category, is in what appears to be Arabic. This mostly affects the descriptions of the functions. I don’t know how to read Arabic so this is not very useful. I guess I must have accidentally changed something by clicking around too enthusiastically. I cannot figure out how to change it back to English. Can anyone help? Thanks.
As settings are usually saved in your profile you should try “safe mode” (wich ignores your profile) first. If this helps: backup and reset your user profile:

Aha! Yes, that looks like exactly my problem. OK, as long as it isn’t something I screwed up, I can live with it until this (admittedly pretty low priority) bug gets fixed. Thanks.
