I use 6.4 LibreOffice. But I receive an announcement of update 7.0.3 at using 6.4.7.2
I think update announcement should distinguish the user’s using package series(secure or advanced).

Hopefully you don’t get an update announcement to 7.1, which currently is Beta1 software. I’d assume you get an announcement for 7.0.3. Why? Probably because 6.4 is End Of Life according to Release Plans as of 30th November 2020.
And if you don’t like it: Disable Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> Online Update -> [ ] Check for updates automatically for the transition period of 7.0 becoming the “stable” release and 7.1 becoming the new “fresh” release
