While using calc an update started after which recording the document gave error messages. The update was not requested and occurred while I was working. I reinstalled the latest version again and things seem to be normale. Is this your “update” or another actor?
I assume that you are on Windows. You can turn off (untick) Automatic Update on Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Online Update as shown below. Notifications about updates can be left on and updates can be installed manually as before with Windows.
