Updating Index moves it to the first page

I have a table of contects on the second page of my document. The first page is my document cover page. When right click and select to update the index the TOC jumps up to cover the first page. It does not erase the contents of the page, just sits on top of what is there.
I can then use ctrl-return to put it back on the second page but it is annoying to have to do this everytime.

Edit, I put the wrong version number. It is this:
LibreOffice 7.2.5.2

Version: 7.2.5.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 499f9727c189e6ef3471021d6132d4c694f357e5
CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 5.13; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Flatpak
Calc: threaded

There is not LibreOffice 17.2.5.5 version yet. Is it the Fresh LibreOffice 7.2.5.2 really?

Never use the Fresh version for daily working. Use one of the Still (older) versions.

I made a typo with the version. I’m on 17.2.5.2 as downloaded from the standard download link. Fixed in my original post.

Can you upload an ODF type sample file here to show the problem?
