I upgraded from 6.3 to 6.4 assuming the upgrade would automatically transfer documents from 6.3 to 6.4 but it didn’t and I lost all 6.3 documents.
Is it possible to retrieve these documents?
An update will certainly not cause any data to be lost.
Which operating system do you use?
Do you mean the list of recently accessed documents has been cleared (which is “normal” through an update)?
