OS: win10 entreprise N (x64)

When I tried to upgrade to 6.2.5, the installer prompted for the 6.0.2 MSI file… which I got rid of

After searching a bit, I found Index of /libreoffice/old/6.0.2.1/win/x86_64 and thought I was done. It was not so :frowning:

Although the signature(SHA1) matches, the downloaded file does not work. Firing it directly prompt for a network resource containing… an installer for 6.0.2.1!

What am-I doing wrong ?

Look at this FAQ; specifically, “Use troubleshooter tool” might be helpful.

thanks, the troubleshooter tool worked!
apparently I had some registry problems, and it fixed them.

I am now able to install 6.2.5 :slight_smile:
