URL links in odt file (or docx) do not appear in PDF

I have tried every combination but none seem to work.

Works for me in 5.2.2.2. The hyperlinks don’t have special formatting but they work. Please give more information.

I am using 5.1.5.2. No update to 5.2.2.2 is shown as available. I have tried most of the options in Menu/File/Export as PDF General and Link but none seem to work.
I need to send the PDF tonight!

Going through Menu/File/PDF export, there are some options, on General tab and Link tab.
