Use a template file for labels

I have ONLINE Labels # OL1050WX, I downloaded their template but how do I use it as a label to import data to? If I go to new, labels I can import the data from my spread sheet to existing labels but I need this specific label. I tried creating my own custom label but the label specifications for this label are 4 decimal places, 1.8125 x .5, and the output is not accurate with only 2 places offered in the custom format screen. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

You can switch the units from inch to cm or mm. This way the resolution is much finer and you will meet the 4 digit in inches.

Thanks, that worked. Now I need to figure out how to center a single line of data on the label. Horizontally is easy but no luck vertically.
