Hi peeps - I wrote a book and am trying to self publish. I used endnotes to put in the references. While these endnotes in the ODT/DOCX are on one page, whatever tool I used to create an EPUB (including LibreOffice Writer) seems to put the endnotes on a separate pages. Being a non fiction book there’s a lot of references, so a lot of unnecessary pages in the epub. Any thoughts?
