Using arial black font, how do I change the size of fractions to the size of characters?

I want to reduce the size of fraction to single character size

You would select Insert (at the top) then select “Special Character” then select the fraction. Quarters are immediately visible. You’ll need to pull the slider bad down to get to the eighths characters.
