Successful installation of LibreOffice 7.2.0 on HP 64-bit Windows 10 desktop.
Also downloaded 7.2.0 helppack and ran installation without apparent problem.
However, when help requested while in LibreOffice, help website brought up on browser.
Is this the correct behavior? Is my browser displaying local data or simply accessing the unintegrated help content on LibreOffce website?
Any info will be appreciated.

Yes it is. The browser address should then look like this:
file:///C:/…
File indicates that the access is done on your computer.
There is also an online help, e.g. here:
https://helponline.libreoffice.org/7.2/en-GB/text/shared/05/new_help.html
They are probably very consistent in content and appearance.
