I installed version 4.4. on a Xubuntu system and the next thing I knew the Arial font was gone, replaced systemwide by a different-looking font which has no German umlauts (see screenshot below).
How do I get the real Arial font back?

I would make a template with Arial and set it up as my default template.
That doesn’t help because the Arial font is GONE from my system as far as LibreOffice is concerned. It now thinks this strange other font without umlauts is Arial. Even when I set the font in Libreoffice Writer to Arial, the text looks like this.
In Firefox and Mouspad though, Arial still looks like Arial.
