I am using Windows 10. Receiving “Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory…Logon as administrator.”
It is not LibreOffice not recognizing something, but Windows not allowing the installer to write to the required location on your disk (having administrative authority on WIndows doesn’t necessarily mean you can write anywhere by default). It also sometimes help to right click the installer and “Run as administrator” (yes, even when you have logged in to the local administrator account).
