Version 7.0.4 is available but "Online Update" doesn't sense it

LibreOffice v. 7.0.3.1 is installed on Windows 10 Pro x64.
Version 7.0.04 is already available on the site but “Online Update” doesn’t sense it.
It says: “LibreOffice 7.0 is up to date”.
Is that expected behavior?

yes - this is expected behavior. As usual there is a short delay between availability on the website and the announcement within the application to avoid, in case of serious problem with a new release, that it got installed on a large number of systems.
