Vertical form field on a cell in Writer

Hi

Is it possible to put a vertical form field (90’ text) on a cell in writer? I’ve tried but rotation appears unavaliable.

I show using a Frame as the container for the text, but that should not affect your desire for vertical text, as the option for that lies within the character styling.

Step-by-Step:

1. Insert a Frame
   (menu):Insert→Frame...

2. Place the cursor within the Frame
   (the most difficult bit, and damn fiddly)
3. Enter some text
4. Select the text, then:
   (menu):Format→Character...→Postion(tab)→Rotation/Scaling
   (90° ⇒ bottom2top)
   (270° ⇒ top2bottom)
5. Press OK
