I’ve got a problem when opening a pptx file with embedded video. The video is not available for playing in Libreoffice. How do I rectify this?

The win os is 10 Home 64 bit and Libre Office is 6.4.7. I installed the K-Lite mega package and have resolved all issues. It was a lack of codecs. Thanks.
