VirusTotal keeps picking up malware in LibreOffice MSI packages

I keep getting the LibreOffice MSI packages flagged (from here) by VirusTotal, marked by Trendmicro:

Why is this? This has happened to me several times, and I am using the official page.

Apparently it also flags Inkscape and 7-Zip. Note that the other 40 anti virus checkers dd not flag any virus. Trendmicro itself gives it low risk rating.

After downloading the file from the official site you can check the hash (click the link Info) to make sure it has not been altered during the download.

7zip is not getting flagged now:

The hash matches, and so PGP signature. Nevertheless, one gets wary with these incidents, after what happened with Notepad ++

Why is this?

Check the name of the “detected” problem: “heuristic” means there is nothing detected, but “I seem to detect a pattern, so there is maybe something.”

I downloaded the program, LibreOffice_25.8.2_Win_x86-64 (1).msi and a virus scan shows multiple trojans? I used virustotal to scan the file. So what gives? should I be concerned and not install your program?
