Voice dictation (in German)

Can you please tell me whether I can voice-dictate (in German) to the Libreoffice Program and if so, how I actually implement that?

Is the built-in microphone of a Logitec ( used for Zoom and Skype) Camera good enough, or must I have a separate dedicated microphone?

LibreOffice does not have a voice recognition facility.
If you are on Windows, you can use Windows built in voice dictation to enter text in LibreOffice. This question on Microsoft answers might help, Redirecting
