warning when in european calc version decimal points are used

At the European continent the comma is used as the decimal separation sign. Many scientific programs output numbers with a decimal point. Copying these in Calc causes Calc to not recognize numbers but strings. That gives a strange behaviour the cause of which can take a lot of time to find. But Calc can give a warning message whether the point is explicitly wanted which will alert the user at this phenomenon. I had this problem by inserting a x-y-diagram.
