Web wizard doesn't run

I’m using LibreOffice 4 in XP, with the latest java installed. Other wizards open a dialogue box, but the web wizard does nothing. Thanks.

Have you select to use java runtime environment? in:
Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice/Advanced

Yes, JRE is enabled. All the other wizards work, just not the web wizard. Thank you.
