Installed russian lang packages to my system and libreoffice as well. Changed LibreOffice language to russian by default.

You seem to use non-UTF-8 encoding. I suppose that only UTF-8 encoding is expected/supported with some integrations on Linux for correct filename display. (You likely forgot to provide the full information from Help->About
