Weird formatting when saving copy as DOCX

For some reason, when I save a copy of my Writer ODT to DOCX, then the headers gain a numbered ordering in the generated document.

This happens on macOS, at least as far as Finder Quick Look and Pages render the generated DOCX.

Additionally, one of the page breaks appears as a visible black bordered rectangle, instead of being invisible.

Don’t expect true identity when saving in a non-native format.

But headings should not be modified since this concept is widely accepted but almost all suites. So, there may be something with your formatting. Please, attach a reduced sample of your documents (still exhibiting the problem). Also, mention your LO version.
