I’ve been using LibreOffice writer, and overall, it seems to work pretty well. However, I have recently run into a strange, if minor, issue. Every 200,000 characters or about 50 pages, I get a page break, and I am just wondering why that is happening in web mode.
Our “web view” is implemented as pages 10 meter long: tdf#160890.

Yes. To change this, you can use an IDE to modify the source code of Writer, build the program, submit the change to the project, and that way, contribute to LibreOffice.
NOTABUG is quite strange then 
From the perspective of the coder it “works as intended”. So we discuss “what is a bug” here…
