What files do I need to transfer from an existing split database to Libre Office Portable?

does Split_HSQLDB_Wizard-v3c.odb also need to be transferred. If I run the portable version on the computer with the non-portable Libre Office is there a possibility of corrupting the database on the non portable installation?
