Hello, I’m using LibreOffice Calc 6.2.2 on Ubuntu 19.04.
I need to “unclutter” a rather large XLSX file in order to perform some filter operations on it. (Currently, the file is 1.5 MB in size and running the filter makes the libreoffice process consume 100 % of CPU and never recover.)
I wanted to use the “Insert > From File …” method, as described here: Large Calc file crashes when saving?
However, the “From file” or “File” or “Document” or anything similar is not present in the Insert menu and I can’t find any alternative. I wanted to copy the whole file (six sheets) by using Select all, but that just selects all from the current sheet, and copying a file this way would require copying all the six sheets one by one and renaming them, which is not very convenient.
Is there a way to create a new file from an old file, as the non-existent " Insert > From File …" would do, or am I deemed to copy the sheets one by one?
Thank you very much.
