What is the naming convention for images in the "Pictures" directory?

I created a new writer file (.odt), added an image and saved the file.

I extracted the odt-zip-container and found the image in the folder “Pictures”.

The image has now a new name: 10000000000003E5000003F7E035E329.jpg

Is there a special naming convention for building this new name? Checksum, Timestamp, Random, …?

I checked the odf standart but found no special information. Seems to be LO specific.
