I have read many ideas on unlocking files so they can be saved or edited. I am on version 7.0.1.2. A couple of versions/downloads before that, I was completely happy with LO. Did everything I needed, and more. Now, if I create a Writer document, it is named Untitled 1 and I get 2-3 specific responses that I can’t save/save as or edit the file. I have tried to follow a variety of suggestions, but I can’t really find an answer that fits. Just need a simple “go there, dothis” and I’m done.

BTW. You won’t get a step by step because it depends on your operating system and your antivirus. To be accurate, it is not strictly a LibreOffice question, it is OS and AV
