What page style should follow the final page style?

In my BA thesis I’m using the following (customized) page styles:

First Page
Index
Default Page Style
Endnote

In the style settings for Endnote, which is the ultimate page style of the document, what should be entered as “Next style”?
Endnote again?

I don’t see anything in the Endnote page template dialogue (it’s empty).

Nothing. I.e. you leave it to its default Endnote. This will take care of the case where you may need more than one page for your endnotes.

You customize Next Style only when you want an automatic switch to another page style at the end of the page.
