What settings should I use to open .wb3 file?

Windows x86-64 bit.
I have old Quattro pro files from 1999 that I would like to open and save as .xlsx files so that they are accessible.
The Calc option for Libre leaves me with mostly random symbols when I try to open.

What language option should I be using? What spacing options? Can this be done?

AFAIK LO supports only Quattro Pro 6 files (.wb2).
