What you see is not the value from which two cells calculate

Please could you explain me why on the sheet “circo” V3 and X3 which are calculated from U3 are doing as if U3 > 0.001 though U3=0.001?

If you enlarge the column U, you will get a more precise value for U3. Representation of decimal numbers cannot be perfectly done in binary representation and therefore it would be better to use a formula like:
=IF(ROUND(U3;4)>0.001;...;...)
