When a new version is programmed (following 25.2.0, with Impress too buggy)?

Hello,
I am obliged to use 24.8.5.2 (on linux), since all the other latest version are too much instable (especially with impress, which is impossible to use, since crashing a lot too easily - bugs are reported).
My question is:
When is programmed the version after 25.2.0, so that i get a chance to be up to date.
thanks.

Note that 24.8.5.2 is up to date. LibreOffice supports two concurrent branches simultaneously, one with more features, and one tested (and bugfixed) half a year longer. You show some confusion, when say that in your opinion, using 25.2 is the only “chance to up to date”.

And add to that x.y.0 and x.y.1 have traditionally been considered as early-adopters versions, in mass test phase against residual bugs. x.y.≥2 are considered stable enough for production.
