when we export docx to pdf with libreoffice-online in docker, thai language is messy code.

IMHO the row of squares indicate missing characters in the used font. So my first step would be to check, wich font is used, and if it is installed in the docker-container/ available for your online-office.
finally find the problem, should config fonts in application and not in system .
