- I write long documents. Then I check and edit them.
- As I do so, text will be highlighted in pink; this seems to be random.
- I would like to disable this automatic highlighting.
- Even if I knew what the system for highlighting was, I still have to cancel the highlighting, which takes time.
- So, can I disable it?
Share a sample document. Perhaps, you can simply remove a character or paragraph style.
See if Edit>Track Changes>Record is enabled. If so, uncheck it.
