When filter is applied in a column, while selecting some of the records, the exact number of selected record is not calculated what to do, is there any settings so that only selected column is visible
Are you in fact asking about the incorrect count of Selected: # rows, # columns in status bar (just like in this screenshot where 2 rows are selected but 4 counted in the status bar)?
If yes - this is bug tdf#84517 - UI: wrong number of selected rows in status bar when rows are filtered.
