When I do a “Find and Replace” Calc changes my selected range to what was replaced.
i don’t want that. I am trying to do multiple replaces back to back. But I have to reselect my range each time.
How do I make that stop.

My workaround tips:
- Record a macro to select the range and launch the F&R function.
- Or write a macro to replace multiple contents.
I don’t think it can be changed because selecting the replaced cell at the end is a specification of that dialog.
I think you are probably choosing “Replaceall” right now.
Isn’t it possible to repeatedly click “Replace” until the character to be replaced turns red?
