When I going to install the extention, I get the followin Info:>Could not create Java implementation loader< although the Java IM is properly installt. What can I do ?

I have two PC with LO 5… One, I can use different languages with the other one not. Both WIN 10 / 64 Pro - last update - With the second one I tryed to install the last update of language extention and get the answer that the older version is installed but I can not choose those when I need the 2 language. When I try to make an update then I get the metioned information.
