When I insert a picture into a writer document, all I get is a tiny group of resizing handles which I then have to use in order to see the picture, every time. (W7 SP2 64 bit)

I feel like this has happened to me at some point in the past. Which version of LibreOffice? And this is Writer, not Draw? Which method of inserting images? Are the images local, remote, or from another program? Which format of image?
