When I modify the original file in Draw and export again, the new file is not fillable.

When I export a fillable file in Draw the file works in pdf readers. When I modify the original file in Draw and export again, the new file is not fillable. I follow exactly the same export procedure. Any suggestions or explanations?

I follow the same procedure for export, that is, export as, and make sure the pdf form box is checked. I have LibreOffice 7.0.4.2 and MAC OS 11.2.2

The same procedure for file exporting yields different results, even if I rename the file.

Any suggestions?
