See if I can't start LibreOffice 5 on Windows 10 and get the message 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.' helps

Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 from here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads and take care about the bitness (32-bit or 64-bit) of your operating system
