When I use text shadow in Impress and save it as powerpoint I lose the text shadow effect.

I am creating my Microsoft Power Point presentations at home by using Libre Impress. I like to use the text shadow, however, when I save it as a Power Point file and then try to open it in Microsoft Power Point 2009, all of the text shadowing is gone and I have to do all of the text shadowing again in Microsoft Power Point. Does anyone know how I can use a text shadow style in Impress and have it stay that way when I save it as a Microsoft Power Point file.
