When moving a selection by drag and drop, overwrite without warning

When I move a small selection via drag and drop with the mouse. There is no more a border that follows the mouse to see where I can drop the selection. And if I drop the selection over existing data it does not give a warning anymore.

I have just reported Bug 160044 - Selection rectangle when dragging cells is hidden with SKIA/Raster

Workaround: In Tools > Options > View untick Force Skia software rendering. Warning: this might cause graphics instability or crashes depending on graphics driver.
