When typing a correction on sentence the cursor moves forward deleting letters and words in front of it that are not to be deleted. If I type any where in that sentence my text is deleted and at that time the cursor takes on an enlarged black looking symbol. How can this function be eliminated and returned to normal use?
Press the Insert key on your keyboard, or click on the text Overwrite in the status bar of your Writer window.
