Yes. Looks like it has been a problem forever and there is no known fix. If I was smart enough to know what they were talking about and how to do it, seems like it would be as much work as just recreating the 2 things that disappear each time we have an upgrade. At least I found this forum! LOL

Thank you for posting this concern. This drives me crazy, too. It is such a hassle to update that I avoid updates as much as possible. Most software is smart enough to link to the existing shortcuts and pinned links.
Is anyone working on this?
