When word file is opened via MSWord, it is just fine but when converted to PDF via libre-convert, the images do not auto-resize the table cells

I have a word file where I programmatically attach images in tables, when I open the word file via MS Word, it looks fine (Table cells are auto-resized) but when libre-office Writer or libre-office command line PDF converter is used, the table cells are not resized.
