Where are the LibreOffice files saved to on the computer? Or are they only on the LibreOffice page when you run the program? In other words, if you delete a file a file (“x”) from the listing off “recent files” from the page, where is the file? Or does that delete the actual file?
No, because these are only links to the files.
They should be present on your PC unless you use remote storage.
In LibreOffice, look in the Tools >Options > LibreOffice Paths menu to see what is specified there as the working directory. You can also set this path for your needs.
And you should know a little bit about the folder structure of your PC.

Where are the LibreOffice files saved
Possible quick solution (depending on which Operating System you use) : Look in the “My Documents” folder, the same place where most of your other personal files will have been saved.
