Where can I find mailings tab in writer document

 Hi,
 I want to print  a return address label, but I can't find the Mailings tab in writer document. I'm using Windows 8.1, and the latest version of Libre Office 4.3.2.2. I only find Label,but In Microsoft Office 2010,I click Mailings, Label, then it has Font, Text Size it has everything, but it's too expensive for me. That's why I'm using Libre Office. Could you please show me how or where I can find it? Thanks!

A click in the Help file and entering search term “label” reveals: File > New > Labels
