Where did Conditional Formatting go?

I have a calc-document with conditional formats in it. But after having upgraded to the newest version of Libre Office I no longer have the possibility to choose Conditional Formatting in the Format drop-down menu (I would have enclosed af Print Screen to show it, but being a newcomer I don’t have the necessary three point required to add pictures) as it says on the official Help-page that I should do (Applying Conditional Formatting - LibreOffice Help).

Does anyone know how to find Conditional Formatting in the new version of Libre Office?

It should still be there.

Yes, but it isn’t. I can’t upload a screen print of the Format Drop-down menu, because I haven’t got the necessary three points to upload files, but I can describe the content of the menu:

Clear Direct Formatting

Cells…
Row
Column
Sheet
Merger and Center Cells

Page…
Print Ranges

Character…
Pragraph…
Change Case
Styles and Formatting
AutoFormat Styles
Condition…

Anchor
Align
Arrange
Flip
Group

Control Properties…
Form Properties…

As you can see, there is more than one difference between my Format Drop-down menu and yours. And one of them is the lack of Conditional Formatting as a choice.
