Have tried every icon but cannot find File Manager. I need File Manager to delete document.

You need a File-manager, it must fit for your Operatingsystem. In Windows for example it’s named “Windows-Explorer” and it is part of the Operatingsystem. That has nothing to do with LibreOffice. Please read your guide from PC or Operatingsystem.
