CentOS, Fedora, RedHat, OpenSuse and more Linux distro use RPM based packages.
For proper updates RPM repositories are needed.
Provided they exist, where are they ? (Hint : rpmfusion could be a good place for L.O 5x updates)
Thanks in advance.

LO Archive (that is all repositories for all OS) (although not a Repository in the sense that you were asking).
PS
The archive is every ‘official’ LO version from the earliest to the latest. It includes all Help-files (note: important to have same-version help as program) + lang (where applicable) (note: important to have same-version lang as program).
PPS
Distributions normally re-badge these DEBs/RPM to a greater or lesser degree, but often lag in version far behind. I’ve only ever used the DEBs + MSI. The LO DEBs normally place themselves in (as an example) /opt/libreoffice5.0.
Note that only DEB and RPM packaging is provided for GNU/Linux.
