Which Markdown highlighter is used here?

Could somebody kindly explain which Markdown highlighter is used here?

I see that it highlights LibreOffice macros quite good, and so I want to use it for my local LibreOffice-related Markdown files as well.

We’re currently using Discourse’s defaults highlighting settings. The highlighting is done by highlight.js.
